of Conduct
Sport, its events and the associated fan experiences are our DNA. Our actions are based on values such as fairness, respect and integrity. We have therefore imposed a “Code of Conduct” on ourselves and our partners to guide our work in the sports industry.
Sport embodies values such as fairness, respect, solidarity and a top-notch commitment to excellence. These values are not only essential for any sporting competition, but also for the well-being of our societies as a whole.
At SPOVATION, we are aware of the enormous responsibility that comes with creating sporting events and fan experiences. Our aim is to promote and protect sport in its purest form. That is why we have committed ourselves and our partners to a strict code of conduct that ensures that all our activities meet and actively support the ethical standards of sports. We are committed to upholding sporting integrity and providing an authentic, fair and inspiring experience for both athletes and fans.
1 — Promotion of sport as the focus
SPOVATION is committed to ensuring that the sporting event always takes center stage. Event presenters, masters of ceremonies, arena hosts, DJs and other entertainment elements should support the sport, but must never overshadow the sporting action or have a detrimental effect on the competition.
2 — Integrity of the competition
SPOVATION respects the integrity of the competitions and the officials involved. No event element, be it speech or moderation, music or other entertainment elements, may influence the decisions of referees or competition judges or distort the course of the competition.
3 — Non-violence and respect
SPOVATION rejects all forms of violence, whether physical or verbal. All activities and content that we promote or design must create an environment based on respect and safety for everyone involved.
4 — Rejection of racism and discrimination
SPOVATION actively opposes racism, discrimination and all forms of exclusion. We promote a culture of inclusion in which people are treated equally and respected regardless of skin color, religion, gender, sexual orientation or origin.
5 — Ethical sponsorship and fan experience
SPOVATION only works with sponsors who share the same ethical values. The activation of sponsorships and the design of fan experiences must be in line with the principles of fair and respectful treatment and sporting integrity.
6 — Transparency and fairness
SPOVATION is committed to transparency in all business activities. We ensure that all parties involved – whether partners, sponsors, fans or athletes – are treated fairly and honestly.
7 — Sustainability and responsibility
SPOVATION promotes sustainable practices in event organization and all forms of services provided. We pay attention to the environmental impact of our activities and are committed to the responsible use of resources.
8 — Protection of fans' interests
SPOVATION respects and protects the interests of the fans. All the fan experiences we develop are designed to enrich the sporting experience without undermining the authenticity and competitive spirit of the sport.
9 — Promotion of junior sports
SPOVATION supports youth sport and is committed to promoting young talent. Even at the junior level, we attach great importance to ensuring that athletes experience the entertainment and framework conditions that are common in the professional sector, so that these competitive and general conditions are learned early on.
10 — Continuous improvement and responsibility
SPOVATION is committed to a culture of continuous improvement. We regularly review our services and adapt to new challenges and findings in order to always act in the interests of sport and the community.
